Get your crew hooked on crispy fish sticks that are fun for everyone! These lemon poppy fish sticks bring a bright, zesty twist to the table. Made with kid-approved flavor, we promise the whole fam will approve. The best part? The mix does double duty here as both a seasoning and dip mix—stir it into some yogurt and mayo, and you have the perfect sidekick for dunking.

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Place two Cooling Racks on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner; lightly brush racks with oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Pat fish dry; cut into 1"-thick strips, about 3" long (the length will depend on the size of your fillets).
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg and 12 tbsp dressing mix. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and remaining dressing mix.
  4. Dip each piece of fish into the egg mixture; using tongs or your hands, place in breadcrumbs, gently rotating and pressing to coat fish.
  5. Spread out fish sticks on racks. Bake until topping is golden and fish is cooked through, about 12–14 min.
  6. Serve with dip.
Tips

Swap breadcrumbs for Crispy & Crunchy Coating Mix.

If you’re using frozen fish, it’s easiest to slice it into sticks when it’s still partially frozen. Make sure to thaw fish completely and pat dry before dipping fish in egg mixture.
